PayPal tasked us not only with the launch of their new campaign aesthetic across all the brand's owned platforms, but also the challenge of building positive equity, humanizing their "voice," generating positive conversation, driving advocacy and ultimately loyalty - A very tall order for social.
The new people centered look & feel was an amazing success across all channels, all over the world. PayPal was especially able to elicit a huge positive response from their social communities throughout the world cup, as well as raise a large amount of money for charity. Brand sentiment with this campaign continues onward and upward.
